As the owner and director, Madeline prides herself and the AUTHOR. team in providing holistic marketing approaches which enable businesses to achieve their brand goals and ambitions.

An experienced Marketing Director with more than ten years of integrated brand, marketing and communications experience across a number of industries including beauty, pharmaceutical and education working for global organisations like Pfizer and Estée Lauder. Her expertise includes retail marketing strategy, digital media, sales promotion, consumer engagement, customer relationship management and events.
A wealth of education, Madeline holds an undergraduate degree in Communications followed by an MBA from one of Australia’s top Universities.
Madeline launched AUTHOR in 2019.
GABRIELLE

With more than 8 years working in the industry, Gab is a queen multitasker and thrives to provide her clients high quality work.

Gab studied a Bachelor of Communication in Media Production which landed her a job at the largest regional agency, Enigma. Working across large scale TV, radio, and photography campaigns for clients such as McDonald Jones Homes, Newcastle Permanent and Red Energy. Through this work she discovered her love for producing and developed strong skills in organisation and management of budgets.
When wanting to expand her experience, Gab moved to Sydney to work at the International Agency Ogilvy, as an Account Executive. Working with Transport NSW, Gab assisted and managed a number of campaigns such as Saving Lives on Country Roads, Drinking Driving, Speeding and Ride to Live Motorcycle Safety. She also worked in both the Australian and New Zealand markets for the brand MILO, assisting with the development of the products; MILO Protein and MILO Plant Based.
EILISH

Eilish has more than 7 years experience working for client and agency side. You won’t find a more creative and dedicated brand manager.

Starting her career at Newcastle creative agency Enigma Communications, Eilish worked in the PR & Communications team working across clients such as Vitamix, Transport for NSW & McDonalds.
From here, she then moved to Sydney to join the Swarovski ANZ marketing team in a PR & Communication role where she coordinated press relations, editorial showroom send outs, influencer strategy and major press events including their MBFW partnership. She also transitioned within the business into a Retail Events executive role, in charge of executing in-store customer events in-line with the business’s CRM strategy and assisting with the internal AU+NZ staff conferences.

Starting her career in London working in the music industry on projects for Netflix, Barbour International and more.
From here, she then moved to Sydney to as an in-house designer at Paramount+ Network 10.

Chloe has over 3 years experience working in brand-led marketing and campaign coordination.

Chloe has worked closely with developers, agencies and stakeholders to bring campaigns to life. Passionate about storytelling and audience connection, she enjoys helping businesses bring their stories to life through meaningful and engaging marketing.
Chloe completed a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) at the University of Newcastle before beginning her career at Colliers. Over the past three years, she has worked across residential and commercial property marketing, collaborating with developers, agencies and stakeholders to deliver brand-led campaigns.
Working across project marketing, investment services and campaign delivery, Chloe's experience includes content creation, social media management, creative briefing, marketing collateral, stakeholder coordination and supporting multi-channel campaigns from concept through to execution.
