Introducing PrincetonCo. A new brand identity (communications & visual), as well as website and brand collateral for local development consultancy PrincetonCo.
The brief: develop a new brand for PrincetonCo, a brand that showcases leadership within the project development industry.
The story: Our research discovered the important role of the Development Manager in guiding and optimising project outcomes - from the start, all the way through to the end of a project. We liked the concept of ‘from the ground up’ - whereby the Development Manager plays a critical role from the ground up.
The message: Strategic success from the ground up. A land development consultancy that delivers successful projects from the ground up. The ‘Co’ in PrincetonCo also relates to the unique selling propositions of consultation, collaboration and co-creation.
The look: The logo features a clean and modern sans-serif font, emphasising professionalism and clarity. The brand mark also represents a building foundation, symbolising the strategic guidance PrincetonCo offers to clients, all from the ground up.
